Welcome
The key responsibility in developing the transport sector policy is to interpret the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA), the Interim National Constitution of the Republic of Sudan and the Interim Constitution of the Government of Southern Sudan in order to promote legitimate and effective actions geared to improve the lives of people of Southern Sudan.
Vision
The vision of the Ministry of Transport and Roads is to develop a safe, secure and efficient transportation system for a prosperous Southern Sudan.
Mission
The mission is to serve the people of Southern Sudan by ensuring a fast, safe, efficient, accessible, convenient and affordable inter-modal transportation system that meets the vital national interests and enhances the quality of life of people today and into the future.
